Knowledgeable and professionalAs a novice searching for an in-bed truck camper and pickup, I hit the Internet and found Truck Camper Magazine. Research narrowed my final choice to a Northstar 850SC camper with a travelling height of 108 inches because it fits through my garage and barn doors with 1 inch to spare! At that time, the nearest Northstar sales office was in Missoula, MT at Gull Boats & Rv, about 350 miles away. I called the phone number and spoke with a knowledgeable salesperson named Alex Anderson who confirmed there was a new model on-site.
Alex and a serviceman walked us through the unit describing how things work and proving that they did work. We took lots of independent measurements, asked lots of questions, and spent a few hours touring the rest of the facility. They have toys and accessories for a lifetime of outdoor fun. Apparently, as a part of demonstrating familiarity with what they sell, the employees get to try out some of the toys, so it's no wonder they seemed content.
My wife and I returned home, took more measurements, contemplated accessories we might need, and after further research, settled on an acceptable purchase price range for the camper. Shortly thereafter we returned to Missoula. Our offer was accepted and the camper was prepped with the accessories we requested and with others suggested by experienced employees. One such accessory was a horsemat, placed on the bed of the pickup before the camper is installed each season.
We have had our camper for a year and a half now and follow-up with Alex has been more than satisfactory, from recommending a Rieco-Titan camper dolly to winterization efforts. Subsequent to our camper purchase, we have visited many other camper sales facilities that are closer but our future purchases will be through Gull Boats & Rv. - Thomas

Wonderful service departmentAttention : General ManagerDear Sir or Madam:In June of last year, We purchased a new Keystone Sprinter 299RET from you. It's been a year now, We got just some warrant work completed, And we wanted to let you know how happy we are with out Sprinter, the salesperson who sold it to is, and to your wonderful service department.Dan Gustin was our sales representative. He made the sales process as smooth and trouble free as possible.... very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. That does not always happen! he also made it fun; as you can expect we were very excited. He was straight forward and confident and made us feel good about our purchase.The Sprinter has really delivered on everything we wanted. We spent the winter in trouble free comfort for the most part. The floor plan really suits us, Every thing is easy to use, Convenient to our lifestyle, And very attractive. There is ample storage as well (love the master bedroom closet.) We have received many complements from friends and family.we made an appointment in July to have some warranty work done, And while pulling in the pop-outs in for the journey to Missoula, the cable mechanism which moves the pop-outs pulled right out of the wall it was attached to. Obviously, we were very concerned, as we kind of had to pull it in maually, so we called the service department and spoke with Karen Browne. She put us at ease immediately. She was very positive and told us it could be dealt with. We drove over to Missoula on Friday July 24th and brought the Sprinter in Saturday morning. We had several issues for the service department, and were concerned that we could only leave the trailer there for the day, as we were due to leave early Sunday morning back to Bozeman for work Monday. We are very happy to say that everything, includeing the pop-out was fixed on that exact day, by a wonderful service technician names josh, who spent the entire day taking care of everything on our list. Excellent staffDear Mr. Anderson:We are writing you to commend you on having very fine staff working at your business, especially Joe Rector in parts and service. Joe IS service- and we witnessed firsthand how he dealt with us, his other staff and also many customers on Saturday, June 27.
I wanted to get a replacement seat for my husbands one-man pontoon boat and when I called Friday, Joe said to come out, he would fix us up. He not only helped us select a perfect seat, but also a swivel for it so when Bob catches his trophy pike, the back of the seat wont break. I asked for specific instructions on how to install the seat on the swivel, then also onto the boat; Joe said why dont you folks go sit in the chairs and Ill be back with you in a minute
Saturday was very busy- there were three people waiting behind us but Joe and his guys got all of us in and out in less than an hour. Everyone wanted to be out on the water and your people had us all leaving with a smile. Joe went into the backroom a couple times for bolts, washers. Whatever was needed, and when he called us up to the counter, he had the seat, swivel, everything hooked up, so all we had to do when we got home was reinsert the brackets on the pontoon.
Sunday, Bob floated the river in his pontoon. It was the most relaxed I have seen him in 25 years.
He was diagnosed with stage four cancer November 2014 and has had radical radiation and receives chemotherapy every three weeks. It has weakened his muscles so I am trying to do a lot of what needs to be done. I would not have been able to figure out the bolts, nuts, washers- not to mention the muscle to install everything. Joe did it all.
Before we left the store, another service man was helping a customer and trying to get to the bottom of the problem, asked Joe for his input. Joe had a secret stash he was sure would fix the gentlemans problem and Im sure it did! - Timi

Wonderful experienceReally a wonderful experience there at Bretz! We are first time boat buyers (got a great 2017 Sun Tracker 20 DXL Fishing Barge) and Shawn and Dennis were both great to work with, very patient and understanding of what we were looking for. They answered all of our questions about the boats as well as financing options, and it was a very smooth process. Jason in the service department was exceptional at orienting us at the time of boat delivery, giving us a better working knowledge of the boat's components. We never felt rushed. We NEVER felt pressuredWe just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed visiting Tour America. On impulse, we decided to go look around on Saturday. Ryan Rebish greeted us and showed us around the lot. We already had in mind to look at the Springdale Trailers, but we had no intention of buying one. Ryan first showed us the new ones, then the used ones. But, it was the 2009 Springdale that caught our eye. First, I thought it was too big for just the two of us. But, one thing led to another, and well, here we are the new owners of this lovely 2009 Springdale.
We also want you to know what we thought about Ryan's manner. Some salespeople are abrasive and impatient. Not Ryan. We noticed how pleasant his demeanor was, and how he didn't rush us. Patience is a virtue in a salesman, wouldn't you agree? He took his time with us, while responding to our concerns. Moreover, he listened to the things *we* were interested in, instead of trying to tell us what we *should* be interested in.
We never felt rushed. We NEVER felt pressured. I told him I was worried about the trailer being out in the snow since '09 and leakage problems. Showing his sensitivity, he explained in detail just how the roof top is made to prevent that. Then, he showed Carl the not so obvious aerodynamic 'vent cover' on top of the trailer. Carl liked that feature a lot. Both guys noticed that the tires didn't seem to be worn that much, too. Lastly, Ryan even responded to our worries about our cat by suggesting we could possibly carve a hole at the bottom of the bed for her to hide in, if we wanted. Anyway, what a creative fellow and a good "problem solver" he was!
So, we just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed our experience at your RV dealership! The closing process couldn't have been better, and Ryan again, showed his professionalism. We felt really good every step of the way.

CLASS ACT!As a former salesman of 10+ years and with much success, I am rarely “sweet talked” into anything. Further still as an owner of a two-fold business, I am also solicited by a myriad of sales reps at least four to five a week with the best product and best deal on the table. Or so they say!
Collin, while certainly a confident salesman, did not have the “buy now or you will regret it” mentality. Collin listened to what I was hoping to do and proceeded to show and educate me on what I wanted to achieve. I knew within a short time I did not wish to go with the used route when comparing interest rates, price, warranty, and upgraded features in a NEW RV. Collin went out of his way and has continued to do so today - after the sale. He helped line me up with the service department, products, features of the camper, and most memorable was a carefully planned surprise for my son.
Dave Bretz has also been incredible as well throughout the all the phases of purchasing process and helpful to the point of getting his hands dirty - (which I felt a little bad for with the nice white shirts and ties.) Mike Gornick, in finance, who I have known for 20 years or more was beyond accmodating in the financing and additional products which I found value and peace of mind. Mike even found a great insurance rate and company. While I have not owned an RV before, both my 13 year old son and I feel confident we understand the many ins and outs of the camper thanks to Jared Schroeder and Jack Shoupe in the service department. Jared took the time to explain and demonstrate things to my son as well as myself, as I requested.

honesty, courtesy, friendliness, and professionalismYou may relax as I am not writing to complain. In fact, I am writing to commend not only Tiffin Motors for standing behind their product, but I am writing to commend Bretz, RV. I have been RVing for forty years. I have been to many RV repair facilities. I don't think I have ever been handled as well by all the people involved with an issue as I have in this case.
The highest praise I have though, goes to Todd Phillips and Jim Wills at Bretz RV. You can be glad Bretzs is a Tiffin service center. These two young fellows along with an even younger man named Carl treated my wife and I with honesty, courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism like I have not seen in young people in a long time. They were clean cut and affable, easy going, hard working and truthful about dead lines, parts and every aspect of the job. I really felt as though I could trust them, which in this day and age is something hard to find around a mechanics shop. If they said they were going to do something they did it, and did it promptly and professionally. I can't say enough about their demeanor, know how and they way they handled us and our Tiffin Motor Home. Great support and very friendlyI just wanted to let you know how appreciative I am of Shane, your service manager. He was willing to talk me through a few electrical troubleshooting items on my trailer. I was trying to depart late afternoon last Friday for a camping trip, and he was very helpful when I called into your service department in my desperation.

I recently had the need for my coach to be towed to a service center while outside Texarkana, AR. The entire process was handled by the Coach-Net staff in a professional, precise, and timely manner. My problem was confirmed by a technician, a service appointment was set up with the nearest Freightliner dealer, and a tow was arranged. The tow company, Red River Towing, was right on time, and the two individuals were careful and conscientious in both preparing my coach for tow, and while towing it through a area of construction to the dealer. In summary, the entire breakdown experience was made bearable by the great service of the Coach-Net staff. My thanks to your folks, and Red River Towing. COOL FIX FROM BRETZ RVCOOL FIX FROM BRETZ RV We were traveling to the FMCA convention in Redmond, Oregon, from Livingston, Montana. It was a hot, 97-degree Sunday morning and our refrigerator would not work, period. Later in the afternoon we pulled into Bretz RV & Marine in Missoula, Montana. By then it was 101 degrees outside. A salesman let us park along a fence and helped us get electricity, but no refrigerator repair. It was summer, we had no appointment, and there was a full service parking lot! On Monday morning our service writer, Shane Lane, was able to get the fridge serviced. It was a minor short in the electrical system on the kitchen slideout. After two hours in the morning, we were on the road again. Our many thanks to Shane and to Bretz RV for their service. If you’re in Missoula, give them a call. - Family
